If you rely on electrically operated medical devices or have other special medical needs, it is especially important to be prepared for a power outage. Please inform if any of the following applies to you or members of your household:
You rely on electrically operated life-sustaining medical devices and you may be in immediate danger if your electric service is interrupted

Use our
Personal Emergency Action Planner to help prepare for a power outage emergency. Although we inform customers about planned power outages and regularly review equipment requirements, restoration does take time. Always call 911 in the case of an emergency.

Contact us online or by calling 800-572-1111 and we'll notify you before any planned interruption of your electricity service for maintenance. We'll also keep you updated on power restoration efforts if the duration of an outage extends beyond 24 hours.
Oneida-Madison Co-Op Report a Power Outage
When your power goes off, there are a few things you can do to help us in restoring your power as quickly as possible:

Check your panel box (breaker or fuse box). Make sure that they have not tripped or blown.

If possible, check with neighbors and find out if their power is off. This may help us to resolve the problem quicker.

Call the Cooperative office at 315-893-1851 to report an outage anytime, 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.
