Apps for Coping
There are many apps available to support different areas of emotional well-being. Apps cannot replace therapy, but they can provide some self-help or be a companion to therapy. Everyone may be drawn to different apps depending on their needs and preferences, so check out some options below!

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) Thought Record Diary
