Madison County and the Central New York Region is not currently ready for Phase 2 of Reopening. 

In preparation of Phase 2 Reopening the following guidance has been provided for businesses in the Professional Services, Retail, Administrative Support, Real Estate/Rental & Leasing Industries. This page will continue to be updated as more information is provided.
