Booster Vaccines Available
(Am I eligible for a booster?)

  • Pfizer monovalent pediatric vaccine 
    Ages 5-11 years 
    (5 months after last dose of vaccine) 
  • Pfizer bivalent booster vaccine 
    Ages 12 years and older 
    (2 months after last dose of vaccine)
  • Moderna bivalent booster vaccine 
    Ages 18 years and older 
    (2 months after last dose of vaccine)

Primary Series (Monovalent) Vaccines Available

  • Pfizer vaccine 
    6 months and older; 
    additional 3rd dose for immunocompromised or for ages 6 months-4 years old
  • Moderna vaccine for 6 months and older; 
    additional 3rd dose for immunocompromised 
  • Janssen (J&J) vaccine 
    Age 18 and older for 1st dose in most situations, 
    mRNA vaccines are preferred over the J&J/Janssen COVID-19 vaccine. J&J/Janssen should only be considered in some cases.
