School Services Program

This is a resource for those that work with youth, so that services can be offered and explored for youth and families that reside in Madison County.  The goal of this program is to combine school supports with additional services directed at the home, to create a better chance of addressing the comprehensive needs of the child. School and Youth Development Coordinators provide assistance such as: needs assessments, information, referrals to appropriate services, outreach and home visits, networking with community agencies as well as short term case management.

This program is available to all students and their families residing in Madison County. There is no charge to families for this service and intervention is available year-round.
