Trailer or Camper Renewal

Must Be Included:

1. A photocopy of your NY Driver’s License.
2. A completed Vehicle Registration and Title Application (sections 1, 2, 4, and sign section 6).
3. For payment, complete page 3 of the Vehicle Registration and Title Application (credit card authorization form) and be sure to sign it. We will charge your debit/credit card.
4. Your phone number – we will call you when the work is completed.

We will not know the cost until after the transaction is processed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
