The Madison County Youth Bureau runs an annual Summer Program for youth. The goal of this program is to get children outside and focused on teamwork, building self-confidence, developing positive life skills, and reinforcing positive peer relationships.
Our Summer Program is held during the months of July and August at multiple locations throughout beautiful Madison County. Some of these locations include Chittenango Falls Park, Cazenovia Public Library, Oxbow Falls Park, The Great Swamp Conservatory, and Mount Hope. Some of the activities the youths participate in are hikes, learning about native plants and insects, creating various crafts, and learning about basic First Aid.
