COVID-19 Operations (updated 5/21/2021):

Our crisis line continues to be available 24-hours a day through our main number: 315-366-2327 (prompt 1).

If you would like to start services:

Please call our main line (315-366-2327) and choose prompt 2 to speak with someone in our office. This is available 8am-4pm Monday-Friday except on holidays. You may also email us at MHintake@madisoncounty.ny.gov anytime someone from our office will contact you during business hours.

If you are an existing client:

Please be aware that therapists are still working remotely some days and may call you from a blocked number. If you are trying to reach your therapist, please call the main number (315-366-2327) and choose prompt 2; office staff can direct your call.

New: If you are coming in for an in-person appointment, please note that the county campus does not require masks for anyone who is vaccinated. If you are not vaccinated, please wear a mask. If you do not have one with you, we can provide one for you.

Psychiatric providers are also working remotely. If you miss a telehealth appointment with your provider, please call the main number (315-366-2327) and choose prompt 3.

If you are prescribed medications or receive injections through our clinic and have questions or concerns, you can call the main number (315-366-2327) and choose prompt 4 to leave a message for our nurse. Please check with your pharmacy if you need a refill as many refills are called in ahead of time by our nurse.
