"Put Your Best Foot Forward": Walkability Study in Oneida
The CED Committee worked with the City of Oneida to recruit volunteers to conduct a walkability study (PDF) of the downtown. The walkability study assessed the pedestrian friendliness through 5 categories:
Comfort plus appeal
Driver behavior
Intersections
Safety
Sidewalks
The results of this study are intended to provide helpful insights when making revisions to the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
