Children With Special Healthcare Needs

The Children With Special Health Care Needs Program assists families of children birth to 21 years who have or are suspected of having a serious or chronic physical, developmental, or emotional condition. Information and referral services are provided to help the family access community resources as well as appropriate health care.

• Helps families of children under 21 years to access available community resources and services.
• Assists families with health insurance needs
• Provides information and referrals regarding disability and health topics
• Services are free of charge to the family
