We want to hear from You: Register to Attend a Community Health Meeting

What sort of challenges face your community? What changes do you think would help the community become healthier? Madison County wants to hear from you.

Every three years, the Madison County Department of Health partners with Oneida Healthcare and Community Memorial Hospital in Hamilton to identify and address local health priorities through a Community Health Assessment. During this assessment, the Health Department gathers information from its community partners, other health organizations, and members of the public.

The Madison County Department of Health is looking for community input by hosting a series of small group discussions of about 12 Madison County residents around the county. Pre-registration is preferred, but not required. Walk-ins are welcome.
