On September 5, 2019, the Madison County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Division received accreditation from the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services. This is the first time, in its history, the Madison County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Division has received accreditation. Accreditation provides formal recognition of the outstanding job done by members of the Sheriff’s Office.
