Madison County Health Department is offering a free Pyramid Model training for providers working with Madison County children birth to age 5 years thanks to a grant from the Health Foundation for Western & Central New York. The training costs are fully covered by the grant, so there will be no cost to participants.
Module 2 will be held virtually with training provided by Madison-Oneida BOCES and the Child Care Council of CCE.
Infant/Toddler Module 2: Responsive Routines, Environments, and Targeted Strategies to Support Social Emotional Development in Infants and Toddlers will be held on Tuesday, August 4 from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Preschool Module 2: Social Emotional Teaching Strategies for children age 3-6 years will be held Wednesday, August 5, 2020 from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Participants who have completed Module 1 are eligible to take Module 2. The training is limited to 20 participants for each training module, so be sure to register early by contacting Luann Hollingsworth at Madison-Oneida BOCES at lhollingsworth@moboces.org or 315-361-5902.
