1. How do I become a vendor?: You become a vendor by filling out the vendor application (PDF), the W-9 (PDF), and sending us information on your products or services.

3. How can I obtain bid results?: Unofficial bid results will be posted to the web site before 4 p.m. on the day of the bid opening.
