2. Madison County residents can bring their HHW Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM to Miller Environmental Group, 532 State Fair Boulevard, Syracuse, New York. Appointment required. By participating in this program, Madison County residents may dispose of 20 wet gallons and 30 dry pounds each for free.

   Your reservation confirmation and other related information including a map with written directions to Miller Environmental Group in Syracuse will generally be processed and returned to your inbox within one to two days with your appointment confirmation.

Same day and next day appointments will not be allowed as we require 2-3 business days to notify the facility and confirm the appointment.
