NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Stockbridge Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on April 15, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. at the Munnsville Fire Department located at 5210 South Main Street, Munnsville in the Town of Stockbridge, regarding the application by NY Munnsville West Road Solar, LLC (as Applicant) and Walvoord Trust (as Owner) for the granting of a Special Use Permit and Site Plan approval for an approximately 2.7 mW ground-mounted solar energy facility to be located at 5946 West Road, Munnsville (Tax Map No. 64.-1-7.1). A copy of the application materials is on file and available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Town Clerk’s Office at the Municipal Building located at 5314 North Main Street, Munnsville in the Town of Stockbridge. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. March 18, 2021
