Our goal is to ensure that legally responsible parents, to the best of their ability, contribute toward the support of their children, thus improving the self-sufficiency of families through increased financial and medical support.

Child Support Enforcement Unit - Services provided in this area of the agency include location of absent parents, establishment of paternity, establishment of medical and child support orders, enforcement of court orders, and collection of payments. These services are available to any individual requesting them and are required for some recipients of Temporary Assistance, Medicaid, Foster Care and Childcare.
