Robert A. Mascari serves as Madison County’s Acting District Attorney. Bob has worked in the Madison County District Attorney’s Office since 2008 and assumed responsibility of District Attorney on August 1, 2025. Bob is a two-time New York State Prosecutor of the Year and has litigated homicides and violent felonies for over thirty-five years.
Bob earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina School of Law and earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from LeMoyne College and a Master of Science in Accounting from Syracuse University.
