19. Pre-Demolition Survey Upload (and any other supporting documentation)*

    A pre-demolition survey must be uploaded. If abatement has occurred, certification that asbestos containing material has been removed must be included. An air monitoring report only confirms that friable material has been removed and without additional certification, it will be assumed that any non-friable material is still in place.  This must be submitted 3 days prior to materials being brought to the landfill so it can be reviewed.
