This 24-week group is divided into four 6-week modules and provides introductory supportive skills training using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). It is designed for teens who struggle to cope with emotions or engage in impulsive or self-destructive behaviors. The group focuses on building skills to manage stress, regulate emotions, and handle interpersonal conflict. New participants are admitted at the start of each module and continue in ongoing individual therapy while attending the group. Sessions are typically held Tuesdays 3:30-4:30pm when referrals allow.
