It is a supportive skills training group for adults with difficulties identifying and dealing with their emotions, coping with stress, and interpersonal situations. This group is held on Tuesday afternoons when referrals allow.

Ongoing family safety is the primary concern with every client enrolled in this program. The focus of this program is strictly the prevention of physically, sexually and psychologically violent behaviors. Currently this program is being provided individually due to COVID-19.

Adult Anger Management Group

Designed to help those who have problems with aggression to reduce self-defeating behavior and achieve their goals in a healthier way. This group is 12-weeks long and is offered when referrals allow. Currently this group is not running.
