  • Employees Assistance Program
  • Ethics Law
  • Health Insurance and benefits
  • HIPAA
  • Information Technology including all County telephone services
  • Labor Relations
  • NACO
  • NYSAC
  • Office of the Clerk to the Board of Supervisors
  • Personnel Management Functions, in conjunction with the County Administrator appoints search committees for all Department Head level recruitment to include at least one representative of the Government Operations and Legislative Home Committees

  • Public Relations to include Freedom of Information Law and Records Access Officer
