Absconder Cases
There are times when a person sentenced to probation flees from the sentencing jurisdiction. When this occurs, it is usually accompanied by the filing of a Violation of Probation and a request for a warrant. At this time, the probationer is classified as an absconder.
The Probation Department actively attempts to locate these absconders.
Warning: Probation violators should be considered armed and dangerous! Do not attempt to apprehend!
