NYS Office of Children and Family Services Division of Youth Development and Partnerships for Success has shared the report entitled Voices of LGBTQ+ Youth in the NYS Foster System. The New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) is proud to serve and support the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender/gender non-binary, queer and questioning (LGBTQ+) communities of New York. It is critical that the services and programs provided and/or overseen by OCFS be informed by the expertise of young people who have experienced those systems. Authentic stakeholder voice is vital to equitable policy development and practice support.
