Transfer Station Hours:

For Madison County residents with household garbage and recycling.

6666 Buyea Road Residential Transfer Station:
Tuesday through Saturday (CLOSED MONDAYS)
7:10 AM to 3 PM

Cazenovia Transfer Station:
Friday and Saturday ONLY
7:10 AM to 3 PM

Hamilton Transfer Station:
Wednesday and Saturday ONLY
7:10 AM to 3 PM

Sullivan Transfer Station:
Friday and Saturday ONLY
7:10 AM to 3 PM

Landfill Facilities:

 Scalehouse - Punch cards sold here
Monday through Friday, 7:10 AM to 3:15 PM
     -Day Use Permits issued from 7:10 AM to 2:45 PM. You must be on site by 2:45 PM to allow time for unloading
     -Punch Cards are only sold from 7:10 AM to 2:45 PM

Saturday, 7:10 AM to 2:30 PM
     -Day Use Permits issues from 7:10 AM to 2:15 PM
     -Punch cards are only sold from 7:10 AM to 2:45 PM
     

ARC Recycling Center - For Haulers
Monday through Friday, 7:10 AM to 2:30 PM 
       -Be on site by 2:00 PM and unloaded by 2:30 PM
       -Market pickups must be on site by 1:30 PM

Solid Waste Administrative Office
The Main Office is open to the public for general recycling and garbage inquiries. Punch Cards are not sold at the Main Office.

Where Can I Buy Punch Cards?
Residents can purchase punch cards from the Scale House (6641 Buyea Road, Canastota) or from designated local gas stations and businesses.
Check out our list of local vendors who sell punch cards. If possible, call ahead to the nearest punch card vendor for hours of operation.
