Compliance Department
The Compliance Department is committed to promoting integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct throughout our operations at the County. The Compliance Officer works to ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, laws and internal policies.
Responsibilities
The Compliance Officer's responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating County policies and procedures
- Monitoring compliance risks and regulatory changes
- Providing guidance, training, and resources to employees
- Overseeing investigations and corrective actions when concerns arise
Madison County is dedicated to fostering a culture where concerns can be raised without fear of retaliation and where issues are addressed promptly and appropriately.
